Asked if the minutes of the Cabinet meetings leading up to the invasion of Iraq would be published now that the Information Tribunal had upheld a decision by the Information Commissioner concerning the matter, the PMS said that the Information Tribunal had just made an announcement on this and we were considering our response.
Asked if the Government would appeal the Information Tribunal s decision, the PMS said that we were considering our response.
