Food Inflation

Put that the Prime Minister had said at his press conference yesterday that you might see some changes in food prices over the next few months and was there a particular reason why he thought food prices would come down, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) told the assembled press that he didn’t think there was anything he could usefully add to what the Prime Minister had said yesterday. We were not making specific forecasts, clearly there had been big increases in food prices across the word in recent months and that was having an impact on the UK.
