Asked about a documentary this evening in which Alistair Darling says that he warned the Prime Minister over the 10p issue, the Prime Minister replied that he was not going to give TV reviews after they had been broadcast, let alone before they had been broadcast.
Asked if the Prime Minister thought that the tax credit system had been a success, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister did think that the tax credit system had been a success.
Asked if the Prime Minister hoped that the Irish electorate would endorse the EU Treaty, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister thought that this was a matter for the Irish electorate.
