Asked if the Prime Minister had studied Brendan Barber’s speech that he was delivering later today and did he have a view on the threats posed by casino capitalism, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) replied that he was not sure the Prime Minister had had an opportunity yet to look at Brendan Barber’s speech.
