Asked if the Prime Minister planned to take Frank Field’s advice, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister would not be distracted by these sorts of questions and was focusing on the important issues facing the country and the international community. For example, the Prime Minister had been focusing today on social care and the situation in Burma.
Asked if the Prime Minister thought that Frank Field had been honourable regarding the 10p tax rate, the PMS said that he would not comment on those sorts of questions.
