Abortion Legislation

Asked if the Government was still committed to retaining the abortion time of 24 weeks, the PMS replied that the Government had no plans to change the legislation on abortion. Any changes to the abortion laws would typically be a free vote anyway, but the Government had no plans to bring forward any proposals.
