Asked if the Prime Minister’s position on cannabis had changed, the PMS said no.

Asked about the summit on fuel poverty, the PMS said that that had been an event organised by the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform and Ofgem and that they had put a statement out following the event.
