Asked if the Prime Minister had anything to say about incapacity benefits and concerns that changes in the Budget may be unfair, the PMS said that the Prime Minister thought that it was very important that we did everything possible to support those people who were able to work, to get into work; James Purnell was talking about this in the House of Commons right now so there was nothing to add to what he was saying.
