Asked about energy companies and windfall tax, and was this now completely off the agenda with proposals for pre-pay meters, the PMS replied that these were budget matters, so it was best to speak to the Treasury on that, but the Treasury had been making the position reasonably clear.

The comment I would like to make about the governments budget is this our countries lack of funds is due to the Bair and Browns total waste ot billions of pounds worth of pounds fighting a totally uncalled for war on two fronts. stop the wars save billions of pounds your Maurice Starling
