I am absolutely horrified by embryonic experiementation, and hybrid embryos, 99% human is the last word in the depraved study. It is nonsense to say that it is required to find cures for dreadful illness like Parkinson’s disease. For all the experiments in the past on embryos, there have no cures produced whereas adult stem research has produced many therapies to alleviate this disease. The latter is ethically sound, and the patient does not suffer rejection, as the cells used are in own.

Without doubt this is one of the ‘new’ sins the Vatican announced today.
