Cabinet

Asked what was discussed at Cabinet, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) replied that there was a discussion led by the Home Secretary in advance of her speech on Thursday on the implementation of the ID card programme, and also a discussion led by Ruth Kelly on roads and congestion, picking up some of the themes in her speech earlier today.
