Chinese envoy to Darfur

Asked whether the Prime Minister would be meeting with the Chinese envoy, the PMS said that the Prime Minister met Chinese State Councillor Tang yesterday. The envoy for Darfur was in the UK this week and would be meeting Lord Malloch-Brown, although he was not aware of any plans to meet the Prime Minister.
