Meeting with Condoleezza Rice

Asked what the Prime Minister would be discussing with Condoleezza Rice tomorrow, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) told the assembled press to wait until the meeting had taken place and then we would talk about what had been discussed. They would be having a general discussion covering a range of issues, including no doubt, Afghanistan.

Asked if the Prime Minister had a particular agenda he wanted to raise with her, the PMS replied that there would be issues that we wanted to discuss, but we didn’t necessarily want to make them public.
