Offender Management Scheme

Asked if the Prime Minister was at all concerned about the Offender Management Scheme, in light of the case of the pensioner who had been a victim of someone who had been under normal supervision, the PMS replied that obviously this was a matter for concern, but the Ministry of Justice had issued a statement on this.
