Prime Minister’s Morale

Asked how the Prime Minister’s morale was, the PMS replied that the Prime Minister’s morale was very good, as you would expect.

It’s nice to know that his morale is good. It’s more than you can say for the population of the country since he came in.

Do you need to be a journalist to ask the Prime Minister questions? If you do, do you also need to ask for permission or belong to some famous newspaper?
