  1. THIS GOVERNMENT MUST HONOR ITS MANIFESTO PLEDGE TO ALLOW A REFERENDUM ON THE EU NEW “CONSTITUTION TREATY.”

A FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL PROVE THAT GORDON BROWN DOES NOT WANT MORE ENGAGEMENT OF THE PUBLIC IN HOW OUR NATION IS GOVERNED. PARADOXICALLY IT WILL ALSO DEMONSTRATE THAT GORDON BROWN CANNOT BE TRUSTED AND HE AND HIS GOVERNMENT IS NO DIFFERENT TO THAT LED BY HIS PREDECESSOR.

WITHOUT A REFERENDUM I TRUST THAT THEY WILL DESERVEDLY LOSE THE NEXT GENERAL ELECTION.

  2. This proposal , must be accepted by the Prime Minister and the Government in order that the voice of the Ennglish people can be heard .

The red lines are a piece of fiction and are camoflage for the Government to save face with the other european Leaders .

    The referendum must be held
