Pre-Budget Report

Put that the Prime Minister had mentioned the Pre Budget Report (PBR) in October, and did he really mean that, the PMS replied that we had not made any announcements today on dates for the PBR. That would be a matter for the Chancellor, and he had not yet made any such announcement.
