Put that it seemed very quick for Sir Alan to be publishing a report on Monday, the PMS said it was an urgent and important issue that needed to be looked at immediately. In terms of the actual form this would take, journalists should wait until Monday. Put that Sir Alan West only had a week to produce the report, the PMS said Admiral West was somebody who had a huge amount of experience in this area, and he had done a very thorough job.
