Asked if the Prime Minister was planning any early progress on the idea of converting his own special Select Committee on intelligence and security, the PMS said that we had set out a number of proposals on how we could reform the work of the Intelligence Select Committee. There would be a process of consultation and discussion with Parliament, security services and other affected bodies, but we would let people know more when it was available.
