If at the end of June 2007 the SCCRC refers his case back to the High Court of Justiciary, there will be concomitant headaches for both UK and Scottish governments (see Observer article http://observer.guardian.co.uk/uk_news/story/0,,2104982,00.html Evidence that casts doubt on who brought down Flight 103). I have never believed Libya was responsible (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alternative_theories_of_the_bombing_of_Pan_Am_Flight_103#South-West_Africa_(Namibia).
