Iran has every right under intenational law to develop nuclear technology. If anyone should comply with international obligations, it is the UK and USA - they should abide by international law and stop lying about certain country's WMD programs in order to justify invading them, dividing their societies and stealing their natural resources. Incidentally, the UN's own Nuclear Watchdog (IAEA) has also said that there is no evidence Iran is attempting to weaponize nuclear material, as has the CIA who said that it could be 8 - 10 years before Iran is in a position to manufacture nukes.
