		<description>It's funny that what we have here is basically the government (Chatham House, AKA the Royal Institute for International Affairs, the REAL government - oh, and don't get taken in by their website!!) and the government's PR department (the visible government we have shoved down our necks by the corporate and state-controlled media) falling out with each other! The government (i.e. the RIIA!) must be pissed off indeed if they are willing to release a report publicly saying that their chief talking head (Bliar) has failed in his job. Look for him to be replaced very soon; don't look too hard for his replacement though - David Cameron was vetted by the Bilderberger Group before he was shoehorned in as leader of the &#34;opposition&#34;, so I've already wagered a considerable sum of money on the outcome of the next General Election!</description>
