Asked why the Prime Minister was meeting the Presidents of Mozambique and Rwanda today, and was it a coincidence, the Prime Minister’s Official Spokesman (PMOS) said that it was simply that both happened to be in London. Rwanda and Mozambique, despite their pasts, had become two of Africa’s more successful stories, and the Prime Minister would be marking that in his discussions with them, as well obviously, as talking about issues such as Darfur.
