Asked if a vote on Trident be a simply yes or no, or would it be more detailed, the PMOS replied that what the Prime Minister had said yesterday echoed what he had said before, which was that there would be a proper discussion. Put that presumably, there would be a vote, rather than just a discussion, the PMOS said that the Prime Minister had said that there would be a proper discussion. Asked again if there would be a vote, the PMOS said again that there would be a proper discussion.
