2018 World Cup Bid

Asked if the Prime Minister was excited at the possibility of England bidding to host the World Cup in 2018, the PMOS confirmed that we had had preliminary discussions with the FA.  However, he had nothing further to say at this stage.

    …the PMOS replied that in all liklihood the PM would be 10 years into a life sentence for war crimes in 2018 and therefore would take only an academic interest in who hosted that years World Cup…

    Well we can dream, can’t we?!
