		<description>Just as long as the French have a clear understanding that our politicians' pronouncements - as theirs - do not represent the views of the majority of citizens.

Mr Straw's views are simply Mr Straw's views.  Whether one should pay attention to his comments is another matter altogether.</description>

I actually read the constitution and how anyone could think that it was in the interests of the UK escapes me.

In 5 to 10 years time we would not have needed a government in Whitehall because all of the power would have resided elsewhere.

Oh! - maybe the Constitution would have been a good thing then - no MPs - food for thought ;)</description>
