The PMOS implies that the Home Office is separate from the Government.
Does David Blunkett represent the Government or manage the Home Office?
Is it valid for me to write off all the stupid ideas that DB comes up with to the fact that the PMOS doesn't know if DB is government or home office and presumably DB doesn't know either?
