		<description>The call centre industry will increase because that's the Government's latest wheeze to slash public sector jobs. Close down any opportunity to meet with someone who can help you sort out your problems and make everyone phone a call-centre. 

Pity they seem to have forgotton the other Government report on call-centres that came out earlier this year which likened them to victorian satanic mills!
