Therefore, when politicians talk about job cuts this always refers to people at the bottom who do the work not people at the top who take home the large salaries. On a separate point, I agree with the civil servants union leader when he pointed out that it was disgusting to see politicians laughing and cheering as they announced that 40,000 people were going to be sacked.
