I do believe I sit with foot in mouth; congratulations are in order to the Prime Minister and the many others in government who've managed to construct and guide, through opposition and difficulty, the constitution into a commendable piece of work; it reflects well on the UK and its allies, and shows the strength and agility of both the government and that of the Iraqi leadership and members of the governing council.

Some of the issues in that constitution raise eyebrows, but it looks like an excellent compromise and bears much of the hallmarks of a fair and just doctrine. I continue to hope for the success of these and future measures in securing peace and freedom for all of the men and women of Iraq.
