PM Berlusconi

Asked if anything had come out of the Prime Minister’s meeting with Prime Minister Berlusconi in Rome today, the PMOS said that as he understood it, a joint declaration had been issued.

  2. The "joint declaration" appears to have been a letter sent to Bertie Ahern in his capacity as President of the European Commission. Cf.

    I couldn’t find the text of the letter itself, though.
