It's a masterpiece of juxtaposition -- Blair talks about terrorism, then about Iraq, then about North Korea. He implies that there's a connection between Iraq and terrorism, but obviously can't describe such a link since no evidence has been found. Instead he uses the notion of &#34;WMD&#34; (a fairly meaningless term, and anyway no chemical or biological weapons have been found in Iraq and certainly nobody thought they had nuclear weapons) to link the various things together. Too me it seems a fairly poor effort.</description>
