The Prime Minister has been pleased to re-appoint Daniel Alexander Esq. QC as a Trustee of the Kennedy Memorial Trust for a further period of 5 years from 1 May 2010. Biographical NoteDaniel Alexander QC took a first degree in physics and philosophy at Oxford followed by an LLM at Harvard Law School as a Kennedy Scholar. He was called to the bar in both New York and England in 1988 and was appointed a QC in 2003. Daniel has practised for 15 years in Intellectual Property, Competition, European Union and Commercial and Administrative Law. He is a Trustee of the Natural History Museum and was a Trustee of the National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts (NESTA) from 1999-2006. He has been a trustee of the Kennedy Memorial Trust since 2005 Notes for EditorsThe Kennedy Memorial Trust was established in 1966 to administer monies raised in the United Kingdom as a tribute to the late President Kennedy. Part of the fund was used to create and maintain the Kennedy Memorial site in Runnymede. The remaining capital is used to provide Kennedy Scholarships which enables British post-graduate students to study at Harvard and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
