Foreign Detainees

Asked whether it was still the Government’s intention to publish guidance given to intelligence officers and soldiers on dealing with detainees held overseas, the PMS replied that it was the Government’s intention to publish the revised guidelines, as was set out by the Foreign Secretary yesterday.
