Put that given we had established that the Obama administration had not issued a new threat to withdraw cooperation and given the extent of public outcry, was the Prime Minister considering requesting that the Americans release the information, the PMS said that David Miliband had set out our position on this quite clearly yesterday and it was a position with which the Prime Minister agreed.
