Put that the OECD had said that the Government was likely to break its sustainable investment rule next year, and asked if we agreed with them, the Prime Minister’s Spokesman (PMS) replied that we did not agree with that. The Government was committed to its fiscal rules and the Treasury would be providing an update of their fiscal forecast in the Pre-Budget Report.
